How to cut Pastis?

How to preserve a Pastis?

Pastis can be eaten up to 5 days after the date of manufacture, provided it is stored at room temperature in a dry place.

Otherwise, it is possible to freeze your Pastis, practical solution to always have a delicious dessert in case of visits. Thaw at room temperature for 8 hours before consumption and then reheat as previously described.

In our Pastis, nothing but good ingredients just proportionate: wheat flour, eggs, a little sugar, a pinch of salt, lots of apples, a little oil (no butter!), Rum and above all, a lot of patience, love, and generosity!

Obviously, no dye or conservative .. No brick leaves either, everything is handmade.
